LOOKING TO START A HIGH PLAT TO DIAMOND TEAM

I am looking to start a high platinum to diamond team. I am not a skilled enough player to play on this team, however I will be coaching this team as I have plenty of experience doing so. Please only post if you are Plat 2 or above and if you want to be on a serious team looking to do some serious climbing, and want to have a good time with some good people. I have coached several really good teams, my best three would be a diamond two team, a diamond three team and a diamond 5 team. I do require that you have some kind of communication but for now it will be in game ( we will decide as a team which communication system we want to use later).

The practice schedule will look like this: Monday: 11 A.M. - 6 P.M. (CST) Tuesday: 11 A.M. - 6 P.M. (CST) Wednesday: 12 A.M. - 6 P.M. (CST) Thursday: 11 A.M. - 6 P.M. (CST) Friday: 11 A.M. - 4 P.M. (CST) Saturday and Sunday will be off but is recommended that you duo or try to get some group games in

I am looking for a nine person squad ( ten including me) . That means that there are 4 subs, i do not know at this time which spot will not a have a sub or i one sub will need to be able to play two positions, or what the deal is going to be with the sub situation.

please copy and paste the form below and i will get to it accordingly:

IGN: AGE: WHEN DID YOU START PLAYING LEAGUE OF LEGENDS: POSITION: TOP 5 CHAMPIONS: STRENGTHS: WEAKNESSES: CAN YOU SHOT CALL: RANK:

I will be holding tryouts for a little while, after that it will be straight to the ranked ques and we will not be slowing down for much. Please also have some kind of recording system for each game, preferably LoL Recorder so that we can all go over the games together as a group.
