Semi-Serious/Serious Ranked Team Looking for Starter and Sub Positions/ Also Teams to Scrim
(At the moment, I want divisions Gold and above, but I will accept applicants Silver 2 and up if they prove themselves)
Information: So I am Dark (You can call me Jared) I have been trying to put together a team for the past 4 months now, and just recently finding success, but we have issues at the moment with our current Mid-laner just left the team(My current top laner is moving to mid lane.), and I am in a situation where I might/might not have a Support(he currently is in a trial run to see if he wants to stick to the roster)
First position: Support With my long time support(We have been playing with each other for 7 months now) unsure of staying I am looking for someone to really synergize with and get along with very well. Somethings about my playstyle, I really love playing very safe, but going on the aggressive the moment they make a mistake. Sometimes I may go a bit to ham, but if you could put a leash on me. I really love playing as ADC, but my shot calling is shit sometimes so if you could guide me in the lane a bit that would really be the best.
Second Position: Sub Jungler So we currently have issues with our main Jungler. He usually cant partake in the first hour or twobecause of work. So applying for this position you are guaranteed play times. At the moment our current sub hasn't really been there in the past for the practice times so I need someone I can count on.
Third Position: Top-laner At the moment, My current Top-laner is going to switch to Mid-lane. I am looking for a Top-laner that knows the in and outs of Top-Lane. With this role I am looking for a strong laner that knows warding, and knows how not to get caught out and can team fight or split (basically whatever the composition needs.). I also want a Top-Laner that can play a lot of Meta picks. I know this asks a lot, but in the past I have had some failures with my Top-lane with laning phases.
**About the Team ** I started trying to make a team back in October I failed several times due to not having a complete practice schedule. I later fixed this when I tried back in the middle of November when I got a whole new roster. This team did fine for a few weeks, but later our synergy fell apart making me have to get rid of two of the starters and moving my old Top Laner to the current jungle. All this while me and my friend have been bot lane. Its just been really us two for the whole entire time of all of this. My current issue is with my support now is unsure of continuing Ranked 5's. I don't really know how to handle this rather than just tryout as many people as possible to see who I click with the best.
Practice Times and Voice Comms Now this is the important part. The schedule for practice is: Monday-Tuesday: 8pm-12am EST. Wednesday-Friday: 8pm-1/1:30am EST. Saturday: Starts when everyone is available, and Sunday depends on if we want to or not.
We use Skype mostly, but on the odd chance we use Curse voice just make sure you have it downloaded and such.
Tryouts If you can deal with the practice times and Voice comms listed above then you are ready for tryout phase.I really am looking for anyone that is serious about learning from their mistakes, and looking to improve a lot together as a team. This job can't be done single-handedly so we all must work together. With tryouts, we will play several games together just so I can grasp your play-style and your personality and such. Also if you have a very good sense of humor then bonus points ;). After first two or so games we play we will play with voice comms, and see how your communication is. Ending it, the people that make it will join in for practice tomorrow night just to see how synergy is and how we can work on improving it.
Closing I really hope to hearing from anyone that can fit in with these practice times. Thank you for reading this long post. I just want to make sure I do a good job in getting what our team is all about.
(Also add me if you are interested, tell me the role you are applying for and your champ pool for said role.)
With Scrims. I am looking for teams that are available past 9:00pm Weekdays and Anytime on the weekends. I would like to get a few games during the week and a full best of 5 on the weekends
