Serious Ranked Team looking for Starter/Sub

Hai there, It's like 2 am here so If I don't respond right away be aware.

(At the moment, I want divisions Gold and above, but I will accept applicants Silver 2 and up if they prove themselves)

Information: So I am Dark (You can call me Jared) I have been trying to put together a team for the past 2 months now, and just recently finding success, but we have issues at the moment with our current sub jungler(not being there when needed) and a Top lane(Has not been showing up to practice.) I also act as the Team manager, Coach, and ADC

First Position: Sub Jungler: So we currently have issues with our main Jungler. He usually cant partake in the first two hours because of work. So applying for this position you are guaranteed play times. At the moment our current sub hasn't really been there in the past for the practice times so I need someone I can count on.

**Second Position: Starter/Sub Top-laner **(I still need to talk to him about the issues so I will update): At the current moment, right now our starter top lane has personal issues so he needs to resolve these issues. Until further notice, he will be put into the sub position. With these issues, He has not been attending practice (which is mandatory) and also leaving practices. It is okay to miss practice, but not three times in one week. With this I put emphasis that practice is really important to build synergy with all the starters. (Our sub moved to coach due to carpal tunnel) So I am really in need of a Starter and a Sub message me ASAP. We will begin tryouts in the morning.

-What I am looking for I am in need of a person that plays meta picks (Gnar, Irelia, Sion, and Maokai stuff like this.) . Also am looking for someone that can win lane 75% of the time (note that this just increases chance of getting on team). I really am also looking for just all around nice and humorous people. I'm not exactly looking for a god, but at least people that can follow 2/3 of these guidelines.

Third Position:Sub Midlaner Our midlaner is going to be gone for the weekend so I will need someone to fill for anytime he goes away or leaves from practice early. I really am looking for the same guidelines for top lane.

**About the Team ** I started trying to make a team back in October I failed several times due to not having a complete practice schedule. I later fixed this when I tried back in the middle of November when I got a whole new roster. This team did fine for a few weeks, but later our synergy fell apart making me have to get rid of two of the starters and moving my old Top Laner to the current jungle. All this while me and my friend have been bot lane. Its just been really us two for the whole entire time of all of this. I recently in the past week have replaced my support, and now I must find a replacement for my top laner.

Practice Times and Voice Comms Now this is the important part. The schedule for this week is: Monday-Tuesday: 7pm-12am EST. Wednesday-Friday: 7pm-1/1:30am EST. We use Skype mostly, but on the odd chance we use Curse voice just make sure you have it downloaded and such.

Tryouts If you can deal with the practice times and Voice comms listed above then you are ready for tryout phase.I really am looking for anyone that is serious about learning from their mistakes, and looking to improve a lot together as a team. This job can't be done single-handedly so we all must work together. With tryouts, we will play several games together just so I can grasp your play-style and your personality and such. Also if you have a very good sense of humor then bonus points ;). After first two or so games we play we will play with voice comms, and see how your communication is. Ending it, the people that make it will join in for practice tomorrow night just to see how synergy is and how we can work on improving it.
