Looking to improve and win more consistently

Alright my story is I was in bronze for the longest time. I was one of those get to level 30 and jump into ranked guys and did that way back in season 2 when I started playing. Since I have been able to climb to gold which although an accomplishment is not where I want to be. I want to keep climbing and become the best player I can be but I am fairly stuck in my current elo which most would say means I belong there and I am not disagreeing. This post simply put is my attempt to find a coach/mentor who can help me press forward. I am here to learn, come teach me :D
