Looking for a personal Coach

I love League I have been playing since just before the start of season 2 and I have gotten significantly better since then but I want to keep growing and keep getting better and am at the point where I have kind of stalled out. I am looking for someone to work with me on getting better I would love to pay on a progress basis if you are looking to be paid as I would rather not pay for something I am getting nothing out of. Not to say I don't value other peoples time but you don't go to a reading class to learn math if you know what I am saying. I play a lot and want to find someone who loves this game as much as I do but who can help me become a better player. I am currently gold 3 and silver 5 (freshly placed) on my respective accounts deathofall84 and fu11m3ta131ric. The climb up to the gold 2/3 area is not an issues so I expect to make that climb relatively fast on my second account but that is apparently my current skill cap (insert most people's blaming of teams and others holding them back here) and I want to surpass this. I am a support and jungle main but have shied away from support thus far this season as I have found it more difficult to consistently carry on.
