Starting a plat+ ranked 5s team

I'm starting my own semi-serious ranked 5s team as I cannot find one that fits around my schedule. We will start out playing 2-3 days a week and maybe more if everyone agrees. The schedule for now will be weekday evening/nights, but the exact days will be based on everyone's schedule. After a schedule is set, everyone will be expected to be there on time. Please do not bother to apply if you do not intend to commit to the times set.

An important part of working in a team environment is being able to give and take criticism constructively. If you cannot do this, please do not apply.

People like you need to value more than just rank lol. I have experience on two diamond 5's teams. Regardless of rank you should at least give people tryouts. You never know who you might find.

@Xachao When you have over 200 games and your stuck in silver 1 that means you belong in the elo your in. You should focus on ways to improve yourself to gain higher rank. Valuing rank is completely respectable and reasonable. There is no reason to try out someone who has that many games played and is in silver no offense. With more practice you can achiev higher ranks.
