Starting plat+ ranked 5s team

I'm starting my own semi-serious ranked 5s team as I cannot find one that fits around my schedule. We will start out playing 2-3 days a week and maybe play more if everyone agrees. The schedule for now will be Monday 5-8 central and Tuesday 5-8, but more days can be added or times changed/extended if needed. All unlisted positions are open for tryout.

Please do not bother to apply if you do not intend to commit to the times set. An important part of working in a team environment is being able to take criticism and give it constructively. If you cannot do both, please do not apply. Top: guy22 Jungle: xUniversal Mid: ADC: syKo Sanity Support: Skylar Tune

To apply, fill out this short application then PM me in game.
