Spirit eSports || Looking for analyst/coach(s)

We here at Spirit eSports are looking for an analyst and head coach. We are going into the Imperial IML league with our academy team, as well as icleague (initialgg league) qualifying in the next couple of weeks. As a franchise we have made sure about our academy teams picks for the team itself and that they have good synergy, in which they do. Undefeated versus diamond teams. We just need that little bit more extra input and more eyeballs/opinions on the team to completely figure out what is best and strategically plan thoroughly though out ideas and situations for game-wise, health, and mentality wise for the team. Doing so, we already set out schedules for the team, weekly on fridays for the following monday-sunday, for practices/scrims/meetings. We have a ToS for if you do join our organization for the league of legends team as an analyst/coach, that you can read over about when schedules/needs to be met as a team for deadlines on given role duties as an analyst or coach in a timely manner. As well as needs to be met on time for every person of the organization under the league of legends team.
