If you are interested in any way please continue reading below.

To start off, OppressiveGaming is an organization that holds an amateur/semi-pro scene in league of legends that holds a season similar to the LCS. Below are the rules and about of OppressiveGaming summer series split.

Regular Season The regular season will be comprised of 10 teams. It will span 8 weeks, enough time to allow each team to play every other team once. The last week of the season will be a Super Week, where each team will play two matches. Matches will be in a Best-of-2 format. Standings are based on points, which are accumulated as follows:

2-0 = 3 Points 1-1 = 1 Point 0-2 = 0 Points

Matches will be scheduled a week in advance for a specific time slot so that the game can be streamed.

Playoffs The top 6 teams when the regular season ends will compete in Playoffs. The 1st and 2nd seeds will receive a bye and head straight into the semifinals. Quarterfinals will be Seed 3 vs Seed 6 and Seed 4 vs Seed 5, in a Best-of-3 format. Semifinals and Finals will be in a Best-of-5 format.

The prize pool for the League has not yet been finalized. If you’d like to contribute to the prize pool, contact us here.

Rules & Regulations

Roster Rules

Teams will submit and continue to update a 10-man roster. This roster is composed of 5 starters and 5 officials subs. This allows teams to use official subs rather than being penalized for using an unofficial one. Players can only be on one OGL team at a time. If a player leaves or is kicked from an OGL team, they have to sit out 1 weekend before they can resume playing for another team in the league. Teams must make roster changes by Thursday @10pm EST for a player to be officially on the roster for that week. Roster changes after this time will result in: A team losing one ban for each unofficial sub used, with the max penalty being a loss of all 3 bans. Teams may change players in between games with the risk of being penalized if they bring in unofficial players. The opposing team can opt to not penalize a team using unofficial subs. If you make a roster change or decide to use an official or unofficial sub, you must notify Kaiser and the opposing team prior to champ select. A player’s main rank may not be Diamond 5 or higher. If a player is established on a team and then hits diamond, they may continue with that team for the remainder of the season. Match Rules

Schedules for each week will be locked on Wednesday @10pm EST. If your team has a scheduling conflict, it is your responsibility to get with Kaiser before this time to make a schedule change. Teams that have a conflict after this time will have to live with the finalized schedule and make accommodations to have a 5-man team ready to play. A forfeit will happen if and only if a) the team captain announces a forfeit or b) the team’s entire roster is not in the lobby 15 minutes after the game was scheduled to start. If the other team agrees, the 15 minute limit can be extended to 25 minutes if their are special circumstances, such as a player having computer issues, almost home, etc. Games cannot be restarted once any team gains vision of any enemies. It is the team’s responsibility to check runes and masteries before this happens. Each team may pause the game for up to 15 minutes if they encounter situations where a player disconnects, AFKs, or their equipment is not working properly. After the 15 minute period, the opposing team can choose to have the game unpaused or to extend the time allowed for the pause. Before games begin, at least one streamer must be in the lobby and confirm that the game is being streamed. If this does not occur, and the game starts anyway, the game will be restarted. NO exceptions. It is both teams’ responsibility to make sure that the game is being streamed. In each Best of 2 series, each team plays on each side once. The team that is listed first on the schedule gets blue side in the first game. Excessive BM, such as spamming Mastery Emotes, or any offensive remarks in all chat are NOT allowed. Cheating, hate/homophobic slurs, or DDoSing will result in the suspect receiving an immediate, permanent ban from the league. Cheating and DDoSing will result in the opposing team receiving credit for a victory. Communication Rules

Teams are expected to use Teamspeak for communication on game days. There should only be the 5 Starting Members in the TeamSpeak channel after Champion Select. Coaches are allowed to be in their team’s Teamspeak channel during Champion Select. Once Champion Select is over the coaches must leave the Teamspeak channel. If a team cannot use Teamspeak as the primary communication tool on game days, please talk with Kaiser first. Treat everyone in the league with respect, including management staff and opponents. Playoff Rules

Playoffs will be in a single elimination tournament fashion. Quarterfinals will be a Bo3. The Semifinals will be a Bo5. The Finals will be a Bo5. The Third place match will be a Bo5. The playoffs will take a total of 3 weeks to finish. Going into playoffs, the 10-man roster will be locked the Thursday prior to the first round of playoffs. Teams will be expected to field a 5-man team out of this 10-man roster for the remainder of the playoffs.

Just like Spirit eSports:

We are a new eSports organization in the AM/Semi-Pro scene looking for a team roster. We have the funding and correct management skills needed to get us into tournaments and events, but we just need some bright players to show their worth and contribute to becoming true champions. This is the perfect opportunity if you're looking to advance in your skills into the eSports world of League, to prove to others your motivation and skills on the rift with a team winning championships, getting coached and learning more than you have before to help develop your skills as a player, and for the team itself. We are looking for all roles currently, but once we have those filled we will have tournament entries waiting for our arrival, meaning that once we show up we might not have the practice, but with analysts and coaches we will start getting a schedule together for practice, and help provide ease of mind knowing we will support you and help you advance with your skills. So if interested, please contact "SP Brizi" on NA, also you can follow us on twitter @SpiritESPORTSna or http://twitter.com/SpiritESPORTSna or follow Undead Bandits @UndeadBandits or http://twitter.com/UndeadBandits

The form to register/apply to the team can be located here: Register Form

After you have submitted your application/response please wait to be contacted through one of the contact details you have provided us with.

Once we have all roles filled out and ready for the split, this page will be updated with the roster!

Thanks and GL!

Hey, SP Brizi.

Could we get a time frame on when we may hear back?
