New serious SILVER/GOLD team recriuting

After searching for a team for awhile, I have finally decided to bite the bullet and make my own team. We will have practices, scrims eventually, and will work towards ranked games.

Projected practice times are roughly 5-12pm central time, for now. that's a rough estimate and will probably change.

This will be a serious focused team. Super raging in games will not be tolerated. Please do not apply if you are not super serious. This team will be focused on practicing and planing to be competitive in 2-4 months time (and next season), so think about the time commitment when applying. Put an Urgot champ emblem (the picture) as a 4th top secondary champ.

Not being ready for practices at designated times will also high reflect on your potential.

I will also be looking for a potential high ELO coach(s) that want to be a part of a developing team and developing players.

Weaknesses: i need to use tp more effectively i tend to hold on to it i like to be on an island top

What makes you a super fine pick for this team and role (think long and hard): i usually win lane, i time summoners, i only talk about game relevant topics in game, i have alot of time to put into the team and i have tons of previous 5s experience.

What makes you a super fine pick for this team and role (think long and hard): I'm a dedicated hard worker that has been looking for a long term team since s4. I've climbed from silver 5 all the way to gold 2 in one season and I've only been improving since. I adapt to new meta's easily and am usually easy to get along with teammates. I try to be positive and don't go on tilt after one loss. I admit i;m not perfect and am open to criticism. I'm willing to dedicate time and effort to scrims and analyzing games.

Strengths: Overall laning, teamfight positioning in both roles, early-mid game shotcalling, game knowledge as well as strong pick/ban phase knowledge.

Weaknesses: Over aggressive when behind, focusing more on kills than strong farming in lane, late game shotcalling

What makes you a super fine pick for this team and role (think long and hard): I've been maining adc/mid specifically since the end of Season 1 (didn't start playing ranked until last season) so I'm very experienced in those roles in a solo que and 5's environment. I also have a completely open schedule so I'm able to be on everyday whenever I'm needed. I've played in several tournaments, so I also know how to hold my own against people who should be better than me in high pressure situations.

Strengths: During lane i can be aggressive but know how to hold back from being too aggressive or passive. I try to focus on farming more than kills but i can switch to getting kills pretty quick (If that made sense lol). My shot calling is pretty good and my rotation with the team and team fights (Positioning/Focusing) Is pretty good too.

Weaknesses: Early game farming (2 mins-around 5 mins). Shot calling in semi-serious moments. And if im behind i tend to worry about farming a little to much.

What makes you a super fine pick for this team and role (think long and hard): Well i dont have much experience in teams only a little when i used to have a small team with some friends but it will be a great experience. I play almost everyday depending on school. Ive been wanting to play in tournaments for awhile but even though im not used to it when it comes to league i can hold it in for the games.

Strengths: CSing, map awareness, trading, shot calling to an extent. Vision control..I have this rule on myself where I won't back unless I have enough gold for my item I'm working for and at least 1 ward.

Weaknesses: Roaming as mid, "tunnel vision" in some cases, late game shot calling.

What makes you a super fine pick for this team and role (think long and hard): I consider myself a pretty big team player. I was on casual 5s teams throughout S3 and S4, but I take the game a lot more seriously than them overall. I've always dreamed of going pro, and I find that playing with a full team of people that I can talk to and such, I perform a lot better. Something about a team environment really makes me happy. But aside from that, I'm pretty good at making calls and helping people learn from mistakes in and out of game, and I try to always be positive. I play at least a few games every day, and try to keep a record of what happened in each, as far as cs, kills, turrets, dragons, barons, etc. I like analyzing things, and on my past teams, I was the team analyzer, as well as mid laner. If you pick me to be a member of the team, I will try to bring all of this and more to the group, and make sure that we get along outside of league as well - because we'll perform better if we don't hate each other. :D

Strengths: Engages, engages, engages. I love pressuring lanes as well and driving the enemy team up a wall with tracking my movements.

Weaknesses: In a team setting, I do not prioritize early dragons, and some people disagree with that. I have my reasons, we can discuss if you are interested.

What makes you a super fine pick for this team and role (think long and hard): I view jungling as a huge game of chess, and there aren't many people at this level who will think 2 and 3 steps ahead of the enemy jungler. Of course, when you have deep wards, which I prioritize, it's fairly easy to snowball a game when their jungler has to play catch-up and I can focus on other lanes. Pressure on the map is everything, and this includes the correct rotations (one reason why i disagree with early dragons).

Weaknesses: Some trades at low lvls, sometimes to safe. self roaming(need the teams voice).

What makes you a super fine pick for this team and role: My team work, it's easy to play out a lane but you win as a team most of the time. I have a good focus and don't lose my cool in game. I will put up good cs numbers and not give up many needless deaths. I know what times I can and will be on to play. Over all I can give the team the time needed and look forward to a team that wants more.
