Looking for ADC Duo Partner (Silver-ish)

I'm a support main, and I'm looking for an ADC to gel with to improve my games. Working with someone regularly will ensure we have better synergy in ranked play, and will help me learn by playing with the same person consistently. My goal is to hit gold by next season.

I've been playing since 2014 or so, but only recently been playing ranked (on and off for less than a year). I'm silver, but I consider myself good for silver. I'm not always perfect, and have room for improvement (particularly in refining my counter picks). I main Leona, Jana, Soraka, Morg, Braum, and Bard (in that order), but I can play most any champ decently. If you look at my match history, it's mostly that poro game and ARAM recently (out of town and on poor internet connection, but I'm back). My Normals and ranked performance in the past couple weeks is better than my record suggests. I've got good map awareness, ward placement, and I'm good at securing kills.

I'm looking for a Duo (or team with consistent ADC). I mostly play during the evenings (after 7pm Central), but more open on weekends. Must be an adult (over 18) but ideally be on the older end. I'm an adult male based out of Chicago (age range: millennial generation).
