ADC Bronze Looking for Serious Team

I am currently looking for a SERIOUS team who can play around midnight est. By serious I mean they have a schedule and everyone is ready to play and not always in a game. Also you cant be in provisionals forever. I main adc I can also do other lanes support and jungle being my top 3.
