Recruiting Top & ADC For Competitive Ranked Team (LCS STYLE LEAGUE)

My IGN is "Roazir" but people usually prefer to call me by my real name "Roa".

Going straight to the point, I am not the coach, but the founder of the team, and we are looking forward for a replacement of our Top Laner & ADC. The expectations of this new member is for someone who is dedicated, hardworking, have the drive to be the best, and have good sportsmanship.

Our Ranked Team is described for having a friendly environment and constantly maintaining a high standard of quality that we expect all our players to live up to. Every member in the team wants to compete and learn from each other, and we truly believe that this is one of the main key to excel at the highest level of competition in our League. This LCS style league have their games casted and streamed. The players average rank is Platinum, and yes, there is prizing of $240 plus contributions.

• You have a clear mindset of when to go for objectives and 1 vs 1

• Punctuality: you always come on time and notify when can not
• You notice aggression from a lane, and you're near the situation
• You are reliable to use a voice program
• You are willing to give and receive criticism
• Your rank is between Gold 1 & Plat
