RECRUITING: Serpentis eSports Opening it's doors to all ELO's for community and Team Play

Hello,

I'm James Richards. I'm the owner and CEO of Serpentis eSports, LLC. Recently, we have decided that we want to get back into community play, and back to our foundation. Our goal is to help all elo's go further then they have been able to go by themselves, give them a community that they can call home, and provide a stable environment that will facilitate growth. Some things that you will have access to by being apart of Serpentis eSports: 1a. A reliable TeamSpeak with a large user cap: Means you ever be denied a spot. 1b. You can invite your friends. Why use Discord, Skype, or Curse, when you can use the reliability of TS? 1c. We may provide private rooms for individuals who contribute to the community (Not needed though) 2a. Access to higher elo players who will help you understand the game, and help push you along in your gaming career. 2b. We're starting team play again. Originally this is how we started and now we are getting back to that. 2c. You will be provided an opportunity to tryout for teams close to your elo and have coaching provided. 2d. If the team shows enough promise and dedication, we will place your team in competition. 3.** Honesty and Transparency**. We have built this community on the foundation of Honesty, Respect, and Discipline. This goes from the top to the bottom. If you ask me a question, you will get the truth. If you show desire, commitment, and dedication, we will never give up on you. 4. Access to forums where our higher elo players and coaches will post guides and answer questions.

Requirements

1. Respect. We have ZERO tolerance for disrespect, and BM. It's not healthy and we don't allow it. 2 strikes and your out.
2. Positive attitude. It's easy to have and it's contagious.
3. Reliability. Team play is not a requirement to join, but if you decide to go that route, then we expect you to be Respectful, Reliable, and committed.
