Organizing Team Plat+ for upcoming Cash League

As the title suggest I'm looking for dedicated individuals who want to participate in the Serpentis Pro League.

-I'm looking for players who were in season 5 or are platinum or above. -Flexible schedule that will allow you to practice/dynamic que with your teammates. -Positive attitude, that can handle constructive criticism -A decent sized champion pool, with the ability to handle different play styles. -Dedication to the Organization and your teammates.

All league fees will be paid, and an equal share of all prize pools will be set in advance. I will also provide jerseys for the players. Qualifiers begin at the end of February and League play starts at the beginning of March. Tryouts will be determined. Yes, I prefer to micro bot lane and mark times in chat. I think open comms are needed to shots can be called and heard, but everyone should be feeding info to the shot caller at all times.

I think 5's is the best way to play league, I have been on 5's teams that were gold, plat, and diamond. The best way to grow in this community is to meet others with similar interests, and we help each other grow. There is always room for improvement, and I want to help others as much as I want others to help me. I am there when I say I will be there. Things that I think are important for the team that I expect from myself even more: Punctuality, criticism (saved for after the game), and effort. If someone talks about giving up after a loss, two losses, or a week of losses, I would expect them to be cut/benched. I think that I can bring charisma to a team (always look at the positive side of any experience).... Oh yea..... I also like winning! -Would you be willing to sub?
