Looking for Ranked 5s team

Hey, im an adc main currently maining Kalista. Im currently Silver 3 in Solo queue. I dont play a whole lot of flex queue but i am looking to start and grind with a team. Season 6 i was Gold 5. Ive been playing adc since mid season 4. I use voice coms such as Discord, Skype. I prefer Discord. I can shot call, get the team ahead if behind, comunicate very well, not toxic. Looking forward in meeting lots of teams and people.
