Team Coach/Fill Main

Ive been attempting to create ranked teams for the past year and they always seem to die within a few weeks due to lack of commitment. I am deciding to join a team as a coach (individual and team basis) or as a fill main, wherever needed. My IQ for the game is very high, but in game mostly skilled on tanks and cc champs. Such a skillset does not tend well in solo que and as a result i am only Gold V at the moment. Would love an opportunity to be a coach or a shot caller for a team. Thank you :)
