tryna get out of bronze. looking for a good jungler :))

Here are a few tips for you:

1. Limit your champion pool to maximum two ( but I recommend only 1 ). Trust me, the best way to get out of bronze/silver is to learn to play a champion as perfectly as you can. Pick a champ who is almost never picked or banned ( I used Lissandra back in the days, it was so ez to climb with her )
2. Farm more ! Practice last hitting in the new practice tool. It may sound boring, but on the long run it helps a LOT.
3. Watch guides and/ or proplayers on youtube
4. Don't use weird masteries/runes ( for example windspeeker's blessing on amumu/garen/nunu )
5. Be the carry! If your team is doing bad, you have to do better! Don't flame, tilt, etc.

If you want to get out of bronze, you'll have to do it alone, at least I think that's the best way for you to learn as much about this game as possible. Asking someone to boost you won't help you because you'll get back to bronze after a few games you play without your booster.
