Why are team queue's down?
They brought them back this patch, they were up yesterday but now I am not seeing them.

Theyre brought out in schedule times. Mon-Fri 4-10 PST Sat-Sun 2-10 PST
In the patch notes they stated: "We’re bringing back the Ranked Team 5s during scheduled windows throughout the week where you can compete in premade 5v5 games with no tier restrictions."
Mon-Fri: 4:00PM - 10:00PM PDT Sat-Sun: 2:00PM - 10:00PM PDT
You should let Riot know that you would like to play ranked 5s at any time, instead of the times they deem appropriate.
