New Team with 4 starter spots and 2 subs

Hey there everyone. My name is Cameron under the summoner name Domineerer. I am looking for a team to play competitively with and is looking to climb up to the top. Schedule for practices are as follows: Mondays-Wednesdays: 9pm-1am MST Thursdays-Fridays: No Practice Saturdays-Sundays: 7am - 1pm MST I'm very excited to state that this will be my first time managing a team, so I'm looking for anyone honestly: Newbies, Vets, and all-around. I, personally, am Silver 1 on this account and Gold 5 on my secondary, so I feel like I'm the best of the worst (or maybe not even that high ahaha). I'm looking for all positions and am really flexible with my own, so I'll basically be filling anything that's not jungle. Like I said, I'm very flexible, but am willing to promote shot-callers and positions to anyone ready for taking what's up for grabs. I do want to ask though for people that are iffy about the whole ranked teams situations and scheduling to please not respond to this. I may be laid-back and lenient, but I'm also meeting that halfway with strict schedule times. These are the times that are set, no changes are being made. I've been on a few teams before. Nothing really seems to difficult to managing a team, so I figured I will do my best and give it a go. My summoner name that you can add me for and message me is Domineerer. Again, if you're not 100% sure you can make these times, do not attempt to join, for it'll only complicate things for the people being serious and will just be an annoying attribute to have to correct. I do appreciate everyone taking the time to read this out and am looking forward to seeing the responses. At least, hope to just seeing responses in general haha. By the way, I'm also looking for a co-manager, so if anyone's interested in just doing a little more than playing (such as rallying up team, correcting messups by me, etc.).
