New team looking for starter JG and 2 subs.

Hey everyone. My name is Cameron (summoner name Domineerer) and I've started looking for new recruits yesterday on a team I'm managing for the first time. There has been no name voted upon yet, but we will have one when practices and the official roster is set up. Practice times are as followed: Mondays - Wednesdays: 9pm - 1am MST Thursdays- Fridays: No practice Saturdays - Sundays: 7am - 1pm MST These times are set and are not being changed. I'm very flexible when it comes to people's rankings, so don't be shy if you want to join a team but you're scared cause you're in bronze - gold. Personally, I'm in Silver 1 and I know it doesn't look good on my part, but hey, I got a good understanding of the game and am willing to try to get a team rollin' and climbin'. As far as right now goes, we have a S5, S1 (me), Plat 4, and Plat 1 player, so we're pretty open to anyone.

We are needing a Jungler. There will be a two week probationary period before practices to see which players actually have potential, are well-controlled, or are far behind what we're looking for. Again, I'm flexible, so I'll work with what can be worked on with the team in a relatively short amount of time. Albeit, if your flaws outnumber your pros and may take several months to work on, you'll be cut. I'm very excited to what we're going to achieve with this team! Plus, don't forget that although this may be my first time managing a team I am:

1. Going to be strict with practice times.
2. Open to suggestions about handling team.
3. Looking for a co-manager.
4. Not going to be a victim of trolls, AFK'ers, ragers, complainers, whiners, liars, criers, etc. You will be IMMEDIATELY cut from the roster.
