PSA: When Posting Recruitment Threads, State what Elo You are Looking For

1. State your rank or the rank range you are looking for.
2. State what your own primary and secondary roles are.
3. State what role teammate your are looking for, or "any".

Other info can help people as well, such as time of day that you tend to play, or any other pertinent stuff, such as voice chat used, etc.

This will make it easier for everyone to find teammates.
