Looking for Silver-low gold ADC for Team
As the title says we will be trying out ADC's for our team. We will be primarily be playing flex, and are looking towards joining tournaments as well as possibly an amateur LCS style league. Silver-gold ranked prefered. A good team first attitude is preferred as well. Players that are online and playing frequently are preferred as well. Putting in your own personal practice on champions and whatnot in solo queue, etc. You must speak english, have a working mic and be able to use discord. You must be able to attend the majority of our practice times (Sunday Monday Thursday, 6:00 PM Pacific) You need to be willing to work alongside the team and do your part to help the team succeed (in and out of game) We have a Shot caller so you must be willing and able to listen to and play out calls that are made There are out of game requirements that will be expected of you (spreadsheet cooperation vod reviews etc)
We are a team looking to have fun and joke around and what not but we are also looking to improve as individuals and as a team, plus like most people we really like to win :P
The first tryouts will be tomorrow (Monday 12/12/16) Each person wanting to tryout must do the following: Send me a friend request in game. Be online and ready to play (that means not in game) at least 10 minutes before tryouts begin (6:00 PM Pacific) although 15-20 minutes is preferred
Anyone who adds me in game WITHOUT POSTING ON THIS THREAD will not be accepted, as they 1: did not follow the directions, and 2: were unwilling to put in the little bit of extra effort to show they are interested in the spot.
For organizational purposes First come first serve, not everyone is guaranteed a tryout as there may be some that are filtered out through the post response and any conversations I have with you beforehand. Those who do get to try out will get at least 4 games to show us your ability to perform, however negativity, toxicity, raging, etc are unacceptable and can prevent you from getting additional games. I will notify all the players trying out where they are at in the list of tryouts, if there is one. Joking and sarcasm are very welcome. Like I said previously we are trying to have a good time and enjoy the game. Post on this thread in this format IGN: 1 preferred adc: 2 preferred adc: 3 preferred adc: top 3 favorite supports to play with: how long have you been playing league: Competetive experience (leagues, tourneys, etc): Top 3 reasons we should choose you to play as our adc (sell yourself):
