Looking for Support for long term duo partner (Silver - Gold )

Looking for a support to get better with. I've duod with a few people and it usually ends up either being they disappear or if we lose a couple games they stop playing with me.

I'd like to find a support to play with on the regular, pretty sure the longer we play together the better synergy we'll have as long as neither of us are dickheads.
