LF TEAM - How Hard Is It?

Ok so look. I am very devoted to this game. I plan my real life around this game sometimes and I look forward to playing it. Gaming is a passion of mine and this is my game of choice. With that being said, I would like to find like-minded individuals to join the team I just made. I am Silver 3 and am currently on a team with two plats and two golds, and was previously on a team with an identical roster. Let me give you a little history so you know why I'm "salty": The first ranked team I made we actually played all of our promo games pretty quickly, but as soon as our last promo game ended everyone logged off. Fine, it was late. We never played another game again because when everyone was online they'd say they wanted to duo with someone, play twisted treeline, etc. WHY BE IN A TEAM IF YOU AREN'T GOING TO PRIORITIZE IT? Ok, so I left that team. Now I am in a new team. We have played 3 of our 5 placement games so far and we've won all 3. I have been planning my nights around playing the last 2 games for two days now and someone either doesn't get on or just wants to solo Q. I just want to find SERIOUS members to join my team or a serious team that I can join. I make plans around this game and that's fine if you don't, but I want to play with people who put the same effort in as I do. I have Skype, Curse, and LoL Scutter for communication. I main Thresh Support, Ashe ADC, Malz or Annie mid, Amumu jungle and Tryndamere top. Please add me if you are a serious player.
