How Much does a coach cost? What do high ranking players look for in a team/coach?

I am just doing some research to fill my own personal curiosity. I am also not speaking to an LCS or Challenger scene level, but to a frequent online tournament level. How much does a coach generally charge? Does the ranking of the team change the cost? Do Coaches that have a higher rank themselves tend to charge more? Does it differ between team coaching and individual coaching? Are extra staff like analysts, etc, good for the coach/team? Do coaches prefer teams that are set, or being part of the roster building process? What do players generally look for in a team when they search? Or is it usually more of a volunteer basis? What are the main things that a team needs to be successful and grow?

Any coaches, former coaches, Players, or just anyone with the knowledge can answer these questions: Coaching: What does a coach charge to coach a team of each level: Bronze-Silver: Silver-Gold: Gold--plat: Diamond+:

What does a coach charge to coach an individual in each of the rank tiers:

What do analysts or other support staff generally charge:

Players: How frequent do players prefer their team enters a tournament?

Do players prefer a coach or no coach?

Any other bits of information anyone might have in regards to this subject would be welcome and very helpful, thanks :)

What does a coach charge to coach a team of each level: Varies on person. Most sites show prices though. Seen prives from $15 per hour - $40 per hour.

What does a coach charge to coach an individual in each of the rank tiers: I don't think it differs based on your division, just there time.

What do analysts or other support staff generally charge: Not sure but Coaching usually comes with game analysis

Players: How frequent do players prefer their team enters a tournament? As much as possible from experience. Practicing in a tournament setting gives real experience instead of solo Q.

Do players prefer a coach or no coach? Coach for sure if they're taking it seriously.

If your team/you guys aren't serious don't waste your money on a coach. Also make sure you have the capacity to GET better and take what he has to say seriously. Don't hire someone if you won't change how you play or can't take criticism.
