Diamond AP player LF 3v3 team/coach

Hello,

I am a diamond mid main in 5v5. This new season, my goal to get high rank (master/challenger) in the 3v3 map. I believe I have the mechanics and the champion pool to play AP bot. But I need experienced people to guide me in how to play the 3v3 map PROPERLY. As for my experience in 3v3 map, the highest rank I got in 3v3 was Plat, was fooling around with friends. I have read info from http://www.theshadowisles.com/ so I know the meta and objectives but I'm sure there is a lot more to know.
