Team Initial Application

Team Initial is an up and coming team sponsored by Initial Gaming. We are currently looking to fill spots on our competitive roster.

Team Initial's immediate goals are to compete in an Amateur League for both experience and prizing. Long term goals include participating in the NACS for a chance to proceed onto the NALCS.

The positions currently available on our roster include:

  • Top Laner
  • Support
  • Coach/Analyst

What we are looking for in Players

  • Experience in a team oriented environment
  • Ability and willingness to communicate with teammates
  • Ability and willingness to take constructive criticism
  • Ability and willingness to quickly adapt to the current meta
  • Commitment to practice with a consistent schedule
  • Extensive champion pool that fits the meta

What we are looking for in a Coach/Analyst

  • Extensive experience in a team oriented environment
  • Previous experience playing on and/or coaching a team
  • Patience when working closely with team
  • Strong ability to communicate with team
  • Ability to research current meta and apply to team
  • Commitment to practices with a consistent schedule

Hi, I'm currently looking for a team to climb at least for summer time

Here's some context: I've been in a team full of diamond 1 / master players for 2-3 months back from December to February. I was playing jungle in the starting line up although I mained Top Lane. We were getting pretty damn good and practiced alot but as last trimester started, practice time became way too late because of our mid laner's busy schedule. He also lived in alaska so a 8pm practice for him was a midnight practice for me (I'm on EST timezone). After leaving the team, I was too exhausted from the lack of sleep late night practices and early morning schedule granted me.

Here's some background: -Starting jungler for a full diamond 1 / master team -Won january's mobafire cup tournament -Won a few evolution gaming tournaments -Mained Rek'Sai top for a year in diamond elo -Learned alot on shotcalling, teamcomps, winning conditions and objective control

My expectations: -Have decent practice time -Run ennough dynamic queue -Run some tournaments -Have lucid and proactive players

Additionnal informations: -IGN: The Melomaniac (Could change soon, I always read my emails tho -> [email protected]) -Diamond 5 (Will be Diamond 4 very soon) -19 years old -Very calm and lucid -Can get around with pretty much anyone -Would like to apply for Top -I can play pretty much all the time for now!
