Creating Dedicated Ranked 5s Team [LFM]

All roles open. I plan to have practice/play ranked 5s at least 3 times a week somewhere between 8PM ET - 1AM ET. Positive attitude and good communication is a must. Tryouts will be scheduled when enough applicants have applied. Looking for players that will be responsible about showing up to practice and take practice time seriously. I am hoping to climb to at least Plat or Diamond and possibly join tournaments. 18+ Preferred just because of school commitment and maturity but not a requirement. If you are not at least high Silver you probably wont make the cut in tryouts.

Name: Mike IGN: gitgud xd Age: 19 Time Zone: EST Availability: Almost always. Role: ADC Champs you play in that role: Vayne, Kalista, Tristana, Lucian, Jinx, Sivir. SoloQ Rank: Plat 5 Strengths: Farming, Trading, and definitely teamfighting. Weaknesses: Early pressure due to mid-late game ADCs. Thoughts on how the game should be played: As a team, with good coordination. Feel free to add anything else you think is important or good to know about you: Applying for a full time job, so my availability will be consistent as well as my time being online. Not in school, so I won't have anything outside of work to worry about. I also have all voice comms.
