Dedeicated Team looking for a Gold+ mid laner!

Haiya!~ We are a recently formed team that is looking for a Mid lanner. We are looking for a strong and dedicated, non toxic player who is able to take criticism from teammates and not just remove every one the next day. Our practice times are 7est onward. Every day, unless notified the week before when we discus our schedules for the week. If you do not show up or are 30min+ late you will get a strike. Show up for 7 practices on time and ready to go, a strike will be taken off. At 3 strikes you will be kicked off. We are not going to waste time with this team.
