Supp main looking for a serious 5's team!

Hello!~ Im a support main looking for preferably a gold to plat ( dynamic queue rank) 5's team . I am currently gold 3 with a 55% win rate and striving to get better. I would like to join a team because I want to be able to have synergy with my teammates a long with getting friendly criticism and improving together. I am on usualy around 3-11 on week days and free for the most part on week ends. So if practices are then I am more then willing to join. As for forms of communication I mainly use discord, but I have Skype and ts3. ( currently a little buggy, prob have to re install if we do use that ) As for strengths and weeknesses go, I have a wide range of supports to chose from and I am very compatible with any adc play style, bringing out the best in them. ( supports get no glory ;.; ) Weaknesses is mid to late game shot calling and I caaan get tilted from ppl in all chat but simply /muteall fixes that :).
