Looking for people that can avoid garbage plays!

I am currently in Silver 3 (Placed s3) and i know i can play at a plat level in certain roles. All I need to do is find some people who know advantages and can make plays on them . I play Mid, Support, and can Jungle. I'm just sick of having a team fall apart in the middle of a game from just shitty calls and terrible macro plays in this hell of what is silver elo. This isn't a "carry me" post in no shape or form folks. Just a good plain ole stuck in the mud situation and i'm in a smart car.
