LF duo partner to plat and beyond/looking for good team!

my quick rant: Mid main, i main anivia with a 60% win ratio and a 3.5kd over 130ish games (300 points from top 300 in north america, 18th most played in NA). I win my lane 90% of the time usually i get first blood 80% of the time and get it within the first 3-5 minutes of the game consistantly. When i have a decent or better team i always win, usually carry. And when i don't... well you know the rest I can only carry so much. I'm currently gold 5.

After looking at the numbers and odd i've come to the conclusion that to beat solo que you need to duo que ( funny right?). Therefore i'm looking for a good duo partner to go all the way. They must have some type of voice communication (skype, ts3, ventrilo, etc.) and have good stats (if your kd is under 2 that means your being carried not carrying). If your recriuting for a team, I prefer a gold + team. They must also use some sort of voice. I play almost every mid laner and you can do tryouts if you want idc actions speak louder than words anyways.
