Looking for A long term serious support (I am silver)

Hello everyone, first I want to thank who ever is reading this. Recently I have been staying away from ranked due to the reason I lost my support duo who is too occupied with other things at the moment. The thing is that I came from a long history of mobas and I have been playing with them for the last 2 years. 4 months ago I switched to league and I found that ADC is the best position for me.

With that said it is not that I have a such eccentric way of playing I cannot play with any other support I am just hoping to find someone I click with, I assume everyone who has ever played a duo lane can relate to me. Ideally someone on the west/central region would work best but I play a lot and late. Ultimately I want someone who is my elo or higher that wants to get to know an adc and work with them and climb. Understand the fact that I am new, but have learnt fast and can adapt easily.

During laning phase I tend to play passively mostly since I do not want to over extend and lack of communication with my support. My CS is usually above 60 at 10 minutes often mid 70's-80's.
