serious goldy lf serious duo partner to go all the way.

i've been stuck around gold 3 for a bit now and want to get out. I come to the conclusion that i need a competant duo partner to get to plat and beyond. I carry most my games but apparently 1 person can't carry 4 people that won't even listen (i have managed to pull this off sometimes tho). It is so fustrating. I have games like this: i win my lane 9/1 in like 15 min and i proceed to lose the game iwth a final score of 25/9/15 playing anivia. my team refuses to listen and because of that we lose. I'm looking for a real duo partner, preferably a smurf, to go all the way. My last couple duo partners either quit after a few games or were terrible. I'm looking for someone to help carry, not be carried. About me? I have an overall kda of about 2.8-2.9 and main mid lane/jg with a kda of about 3.4. I am one of the toplist anivia players in North America (currently 4100 LLS and rising). Add me in game or reply on this forum thing. Please, if you have a kd of lower than 2 restrain yourself from contacting me, that means your being carried not carrying. This may seem harsh but i'm in it to win it and am not going to pull luggage in my games if i'm duo queing.
