looking for late night players(PST) for serious 5v5 team. Silver+ plz

Looking for a players for a team that will play everyday from 12 am - 3 am PDT. If someone already added me and requested for role you are interested in, you will be added to the team as substitute and will get the position if the other person stops showing commitment and from my past experience 2-3 people show commitment and the rest never show up online on time so you will eventually get the role if u show up on time everyday. The goal of the team would be to play everyday, improve individual plays, grow as a better team together and maybe play in tournaments in the future. We will do that by spending 5-8 minutes analyzing the game back whether we win or lose. Players who hold team back a lot or rage will be replaced and eventually we will get the desired team. So if you play late night everyday and are looking for a serious team, add my IGN.
