Creating a late night ranked 5's team

I want to create a team that plays from around 11pm-3am PST(can be adjusted a little). The team's main objective would be to improve individual gameplay and have fun. That being said, no trolls picks or throwing games either and you have to let the team know if you cannot make it on Skype group. I play mid and I am gold atm.
