Gold 5 LF a smurf to help me climb to Plat (Plat+ smurfing in Gold or silver)

Hi, Ive been stuck in Gold for the longest time and my friends have hit Plat and im still Gold. However I have nobody that I que for ranked with, I play solo and since dynamic que came out, this is putting me at a disadvantage. Unfortunately I work nights (except weekends) so I havent been able to que with my friends. I need someone (a smurf) to help me climb, this way I know I can depend on you
