Looking for coaching/staff/analyst for United Gaming

Hello everyone,

Pros need help whenever they lack a certain thing whenever they lose, who do they turn to? their other players in different lanes or their manager for help on JUST them? well for one, they turn to their coach for help on their games and see what went wrong; their analyst to see what micro things did they miss during that game. Lastly they also turn to the rest of the staff... the social media guy, the animator and most importantly, the promoter.

Every role is unique and has a specific gem hidden within every given lane. Everyone will give you their opinion... but not so much the general opinion. So here is what i hope to get out of this post:

A Coach who is strong but firm with his/her calls made with a little bit of a heart to show remorse after a tough day. Game knowledge that spans across at minimum of 3 years or more. Has good managing skills to get everyone together and come up with a set game plan for the day with both short term and long term goals. Last but not least, the fighting spirit within to fight through the worst of the worst and come out on top of the rest.

Analysts are one of the prized people in League who have micro managing skills that spot things not everyone can see until you spot it out for them. Never picking up a green/pink ward by your 1st/2nd back minimum or not engaging in a teamfight when the carry showed out of position for 3 seconds. But what do i want in an analyst, well for starters: has a flexible schedule to look over film and practices that take part that day, has game knowledge past 3.5 years, friendly but firm with his calls and judgement. Most of all tho is just micro managing/teaching the given laner in a certain scenario.

Staff are people who do the other important matter when the other high-stress jobs are already taken. Basically they're fillers, but you have to be experienced in order to get them. Walk on players that are bronze tier or silver but now bronze, (stuck in elo hell) will be rejected on sight. We value everyone with equal purpose who give 300% each and every day. We will tell you what is open and what is not.
