Hello everyone,

My name is Tyler "Martinizer" Robbins . I am the Owner/CEO of United gaming and i am currently organizing a High diamond team trying to get into either D1 or challenger and do a lot of tournaments to get our name around with hope to eventually go into the LCS. I know that seems very unlikely now and you may be right. But rest assured i want you to put faith in me and our current players. As this team could potentially be the most feared team in the North American scene; our current players are: cdhizi as our mid lane menace of assassins; Skrosh as our ADC of pain and delay as our support for the ages. We are currently in the hunt for a top laner with a fair champion pool and flexible hours, while our jungle player will need to have a carry jungle pool and support jungle pool for comp reason and diversity within the new jungle.

You may be laughing at this as someone being all and mighty over nothing as of now but when you look at the players and the stories we have behind us you start to picture yourself relating to the same stories. Wanting to help them out and by doing so puts us all one step closer to putting us on the scene. So what do we want from our Top and Jungle besides the statement in the last sentence of the first paragraph?

Well lets see:

1.) Commitment - What do i mean by commitment, like being apart of the team? well duh. putting it as more then just a game? don't we do that already? most importantly, will you put aside your schedule to practice with us with our required amount of game for both solo q and ranked 5s? that's the hard part. We want players to be happy with us enjoying a game we all love, while also getting the necessary practice to help make us better both as a player individually and a team player for when the time comes to act.

2.) Mechanically gifted/trained - how'd you think i got to diamond in the first place? um-mm. money? skills? that one way tristana/cait/corki train so and so patches ago. We want players who can perform amazing plays mechanically so we won't have to worry about you on this given champion, unless its nunu then it's just you not knowing how to ward or steal this camp at this certain time. But we do want a good mind for top and jungle, as in able to handle themselves and/or overcome amazing odds in a 1v2 or 2v1 scenario or survive long enough for help to arrive to get the double kill you needed to help snowball the game.

3.) Champion Pool - OK i'll be honest this is what i sought after a lot, i LOVE people who have an amazing champion pool. if you can pull up 25 champions top lane and do it better than someone who mains it for 6 months then you are truly gifted both knowledge wise and mechanically. I don't like the 2-5 trick ponies. I will still check you out and see if you are a good fit but it'll be a team decision most likely. We want you to have a back up plan if the set champion is banned or picked up and you know how to counter it. Maybe even pull off a poppy or hecarim mix into the comp to surprise others.

4.) Communication - (last one i promise. :) ) self explanatory, We want good communication from you through either team-speak, Skype, curse voice, etc. WE DO NOT LIKE TYPING IN RANKED 5S! i do not mind smart pings every now and then but i still want to hear your commitment to the team. You may be the shot caller and call all the shots and you need to hear from your top lane and he types yeah instead of says it and there's that 5 or 6 second delay with him typing and next thing you know he dies. We want to be able to hear from you and are able to take post game criticism. Cause we WILL be going over EVERY SINGLE GAME! we are not hating on you in that game, we are pointing out bad plays or positioning that game and asking what happened there? how we can fix it and how ultimately we can avoid it in the next game.
