Summoner's Rift 5v5 Amateur leagues or tournaments?

Hello, I am looking for a tournament/amateur league to play in with my team potentially and I have no idea where to find one, Im hoping that someone can post in the comments about upcoming tournaments or league sign ups, or a website that would lead me to a variety of such to sign up for. Preferably Bronze-Gold Level or Bronze to Plat.

Thank you!
