Formality Gaming looking for Plat-Diamond ADC for tournaments

We are Formality Gaming, a new League of Legends team looking to compete in tournaments. We already have a roster set up and are looking for a new ADC. We practice 3-4 times a week (usually later at night around 9pm EST) we are looking for someone who can communicate and has a level head who can both give and receive constructive criticism and grow with the team as a whole.
