Seeking serious Ranked 5's team Silver+

In short I'm looking for a team that is looking to improve themselves and actually show up. I prefer to practice a minimum of 3 days a week, at least 4 hours during those days. I'm a fairly laid back person but I have no trouble taking control and making calls if needed. I would strongly prefer the team be Silver and above as I've had nothing but trouble with bronze and low silvers just not showing up, but so long as people are serious about improving it isn't set in stone for me. I also stream and as such will likely be streaming our ranked 5's matches.
