ADC Looking for team of serious players dedicated to ranked 5's

Here is the simple crux, I'm tired of hopping on teams that half the people show up once or twice then leave or have so limited availability that you get a handful of games in a week tops. I'm looking for a team that wants to push themselves. I expect to play 3-5 nights a week several games per night minimum. Any less and honestly no one is improving and it just is a waste of time.

About me.

First i'm 35, let's get that out of the way as I know some teams are age averse. Currently Silver 2 as I recently went from jungle/top main to ADC main. That said, my goal is to be in plat mid S5 minimum. Current champ pool; and picking up more steadily. I am a streamer as well as such most practices I'll be streaming live with obvious exceptions and can mute voice as needed. (i'm not a big streamer, just saying it is something I do). I overwhelmingly prefer teams that are all Silver 2+, while I'll obviously make an exception for the right group, generally speaking I haven't had any luck with low silver/bronze teams actually trying to improve. Please no teams that rely on cheese champions, I'm trying to get good at this game, not cheese my way into higher ranks. If your top laners only champs are Darius and feed, I'll pass thank you. The hours I prefer are Mon-Fri 7:30pm - 11:30 pm give or take a little. Weekends are optional with exception to sunday nights which aren't an option due to a viewer game I run weekly at that time. Curse Voice or TS3 strongly preferred as the VoIP as I hate having to deal with skype muting things on stream, but it isn't the end of the world if it is skype and I'll deal with it.
