Support LF Diamond+ Team

I hit master tier in 5's during Season 5 pre-season. With my current ranking not being that great, though (Diamond 5), I realize I'm not going to get onto a pro team just yet. But what I WOULD like for now is a team of all diamond-master tier players to play with, climb, and improve with. Practicing at least 4-5 times a week would be ideal, I'm not looking for anything too casual, I like to be competitive.
