Looking for Normal Blind / Draft (Everyone Welcome level 3+). Voice Comms

I'm just looking for chill games to play in normal blind / draft, and anyone that wants to play them while chatting on Skype, or Discord. I don't care if you are level 3 or Challenger. Not looking for anyone that rages when things go bad or if team mates do something stupid. This is just for fun. I have a 30 day IP boost going, so win or lose, doesn't matter to me.
