Serious team heading into season 7. Looking for a commited top, jungler and coaching READ EVERYTHING

First, lets start this off by saying that this team will be very competitive and very serious. We are not looking for players that still need to learn basic fundamentals we are looking for players that need improvement on there already good mechanics and gameplay. If you do not know how to old your lane or go ahead then don't bother. This team will, when ready try and get into leagues/tournaments and tons of scrims depending on how are timings meet up. I do already have a set schedule which I will post down below and if you cannot play around and during those times then there might be an issue.

After I find each role I will going over another set of expectations for each role and what I wish from all players.. As mentioned each role should already have good mechanical play and good gameplay I'm not looking to babysit people but we are looking to improve on our already decent skills. With that being said I don't want you to feel pressured to do well to the point that your skill suffers, I do want a relaxed and calm environment to learn in. That doesn't mean if someone makes a huge mistake that they will not be told they made the mistake.

As for coaching. I'm only looking for 1 at the most 2 coaches, I'm also not willing to pay a salary for these coaches, we are not going to be going to tournaments and leagues every single week but we are looking to improve and coaching would be necessary, With that being said I understand anyone can coach but i'm looking for atleast someone in high plat+ elo. If your interested and will stick through for a while Just go ahead and message me in game. Also, if we were to get sponsorship and the road leads to it, Coaching staff could be payed salary. It's just not something i can invest in without a full fledged orginization

Schedule: EST Time Zone Monday: 4pm - 12am (midnight) <--- this day is mandatory, it's our scrim, big practice days. Tuesday: 8pm - 12am (midnight) Sunday: 8pm - 12am (midnight) All the other days will be off days and soloqueue days, If I see that we are all consitantly on I may have 2-3 games with team practice if the situation fits This is just 3 days a week, if you can't meet these times I'm sorry but you are not for us.

Requirements: Curse/Discord, Please have both. Lol Mobile chat ap: Its free, its not much space, get it, It will help us keep in touch when we are not at our computers. Must be able to learn meta champions, Doesn't mean you will only be playing meta champs, it just means you must know how to play them along with a few comforts. Positive mindset and a Competitive mindset, I want everyone to be able to come into practice with a clear head and the will to improve, sometimes criticsm will be harsh, thick skin is a must but cursing and degrading will not be involved. No toxicity, if you are toxic and violent towards a teammate your gone, No warnings i don't care if your the all star of the team your done for.
