Coaching staff making 5v5 team.

Hi, I’m Beta Lunar, my friend Guster Posey and I are creating a team that we will be the coaching staff of. We are currently looking for players in all 5 positions. We will be taking all applications, however you will be given priority based upon your rank. Tryouts will be held starting this week (Wednesday and Friday night) and going as far May 18th (if needed), but you can sign up and have an interview before then. Once you add one of us, we will let you know when we can interview you (over Skype or TS) and we will let you know when we can get you into a 5v5 tryout game.

Times will differ, and tryouts are subject to change. We hold the right, and forever shall, to end tryout periods early. Tryouts will be held in custom 5v5’s against different tryouts. You will not be judged by win/loss. You will be judged on your individual skill, as well as your ability to communicate with your team. Different positions will also be judged upon differing things as well. Mids will be judged upon how well they can control their lane. Tops will be judged upon how well they communicate when the enemy laners tp is up, when theirs is up, and their ability to make tp plays. Junglers will be judged upon how well they can smite (obviously), how well they set up ganks and counter-ganks, as well as recognizing when a lane is getting stomped, or doing the stomping. Marksmen will be judged upon their micro-level play, their ability to cs, their ability to follow up on trades initiated by the support, as well as how they play a losing/winning lane match-up. Supports will be judged upon their warding, their map control, macro-movement, communication, initiating the trades, as well as how well they know the bot lane match-ups.

Basically what we’re looking for is a group of guys who want to learn and grow as a team, and respect each other as players and us as coaches.

Practice times will be preliminarily on M/T/Th/Sat from 8pm EST-11pm EST (5pm PST- 8pm PST) at first, after 2 weeks we will start going full force into ranked 5’s, tournaments, and scrims. If you cannot make these times (and possibly adding an hour or two on to these times later on down the line) then we thank you for your time.
