                                                               ** Team Manager  responsibilities: **

Player focused: You understand your impact on the player and viewer experience because you are a player too. You use that knowledge to improve the overall experience of all our games events.

** Experienced: ** You have at least some kind of experience in managing a team. Like setting up scrims, keeping players on time and setting up schedules for players.

Detailed strategist: You employ an holistic approach to set ambitious, but attainable goals, and carefully balance short-term solutions with long-term vision; not even the finest detail escapes your notice, and you take every variable into account, including: project scope, scheduling, redundancy planning, risks, and mitigation.

Positively collaborative: You talk to staff, and the team owner on what can possibly improve the organization and brainstorming with them.

** Critical thinker: ** You use data and research to find the best solutions when metaphorical (and very rarely literal) fires need to be put out. if there is any problem in the org you help solve it reasonably.

**Skilled negotiator: ** You enter tough negotiations with dry palms and a focused mind, knowing how to skillfully navigate the situation to best settle differences and, ideally, win concessions; you're able to be honest and direct without losing trust, so that regardless of the resolution, you ensure personal relationships remain unscathed.

There is no form of payment at the moment for your services. Once Team Spicy Boys gets more off the ground and we can actually start doing things that require more money etc.
