Veneer Esports Serious Low-Elo Team Looking for Players!

Hello there, my name is Treaduse and I am the team manager and owner of Veneer Esports. Veneer Esports is a low-elo, competitive, and serious ranked team that will compete on both the ranked ladder and in tournaments. We are looking for serious, professional, skilled, and fun individuals to make this team successful. Currently we are opening up our starting (and sub) roster for open tryouts for the Top, Mid, Jungle, ADC, and Coach roles. After much consideration, we have decided that the best way for our team to move forward is with a fresh lineup, and that is where you could come in. If you are a low-elo (Silver 5- Gold 1) player, who is looking to compete alongside other serious, enjoyable, and professional players, then we are the right team for you. Here is a breakdown of our team positions that are open for tryouts.

Note: All roles should have somewhat of a understanding of competitive league Meta, teamwork, positivity, and basic mechanical skills.

The TOP LANE ROLE will have the following responsibilities: attendance, Top-lane play, and role filling. (Top is one of the most flexible positions so role filling would mean you are capable of playing a tank, bruiser, support-esque, or split pusher top, among other things depending on what the team composition needs). The JUNGLER ROLE will have the following responsibilities: attendance, jungle play, and first-picking. (The Jungle has the least area for counter-picking, so our jungler will generally be our first picker in the draft mode, so that our solo and bot lanes can counter-pick into the enemy team). The MID LANE ROLE will have the following responsibilities: attendance, role filling, and mid lane play. The AD CARRY ROLE will have the following responsibilities: attendance, adc play, bot lane duo practice. (The ADC and support should be the most synergistic pair on the team, and therefore should practice as a duo more often outside the game). Our starting support is FirestreakZ, feel free to get to know him in game if you are applying to be our starting ADC. Currently, our starting support (FirestreakZ) is the only player who has secured a spot on the team’s starting lineup, and our three substitute players (Treaduse, Neurotoxin, and K2 KS Kush 420) will not be seeking a role on the starting lineup. Fire and Treaduse are in charge of the tryout process, which is NOT GUARANTEED for any applicant. An applicant may be eliminated from the tryouts in one game, or in any number, there is no restriction. We will be choosing starters based on the following criteria: Positive attitude Good communication in and out of game Availability for practice times Good synergy with other teammates Mechanical skill In-game knowledge/ decision making Humility/no superiority complex

There will also be a spot for substitutes after tryouts are over, so if you don’t qualify for a starting role, you may be eligible for the substitute position for that role. If you are chosen as the second most qualified candidate for a position, we will likely be approaching you (at our discretion) to join our substitute team.
